Interpretation: Head with darkish green hat on

Firstly here are the meanings of the symbols:
Colour green
(Positive sense) symbolizes prosperity or financial or spiritual blessings.
(Negative sense) symbolizes soulish or fleshly intellectual reasoning.
Dark Colours –symbolize evil or demonic activities. It symbolizes unbelief or sin or separation from God when it refers to people. Those dreams are not demonic of nature or from satan. In dreams like these God is actually warning us against evil strategies and demonic attacks and situation in our lives. It is from God and we should act appropriately to defend ourselves against such attacks or situations in our lives.
Green is associated with the soul therefore represents the soul of a human being which consists of mind (intellect), emotions and will.
Hat- A hat covers the head (brain or intellect which is the mind.) A hat in dreams or visions symbolizes the protection of the mind. It is a covering for the mind. A sound and a good mind is a mind filled with the Word of God. In dreams and visions a hat speaks of a person’s submission under the authority of the Word of God to be transformed by the renewing of your mind. It is all about the submission to the spiritual covering of the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.
Head –In dreams and visions the head of a person symbolizes lordship, rulership, thoughts, intelligence and the mind of such a person. All these words are integrated and complete each other. For instance, bad and negative or depressive thoughts cause a person to rule in a bad way. The mind is the key factor in terms of good leadership. That is why Solomon asked God for wisdom. He knew that he needed the wisdom to govern and to rule efficiently. God’s wisdom is His Word. We can only rule wisely when our minds have been renewed. We need to apprehend every thought and submit it to the Word of God. Our heads (minds) need to be full of God’s Word and all other thoughts need to be removed and cast away.
The Bible sometimes can be very hard for us to understand or to accept as the true Word of God. Sometimes preachers teach doctrines that we do not want to accept although it is truly the Word of God. People who refuse to grasp the truths of the Bible can be regarded as people whose heads (intellect) are in the way. Hands being chopped off symbolize (speaks of) people who need to obtain the mind of Christ by submitting their own minds to the mind of Christ. To see somebody losing his head in a dream or vision is actually a good thing. It speaks of a person being delivered of false doctrines.
Casual (hat) – Speaks to me of a person not being disciplined in his thought life. He does not submit to the Spiritual covering of the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.
INTERPRETATION
You did not mention what might have triggered this vision so I will interpret it in a spiritual sense. You also never indicated whether you know if it was your head or the head of someone else so I will interpret it generally.
This vision in my opinion speaks specifically of the mind (intellect of man). In this case it speaks in a negative sense, because the hat was dark green. The green colour speaks of soulish or fleshly intellectual reasoning. Dark colours speak of evil or demonic activities (which influence our minds, thoughts and reasoning in this case). The hat symbolizes a covering for the mind. This head has a “casual” hat on. This indicates to me that the person is not disciplined in their reasoning and thoughts. They do not submit themselves to the spiritual covering of the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit and the Word of God.
There is a possibility that God gave you this vision as a warning to show you what is currently taking place in your life or it may be a message (answer) from God about a question you may have asked God regarding someone else’s life. We must act appropriately to defend ourselves against evil or demonic activity in our lives. We need to submit all our thoughts to God. Our minds need to be filled with the Word of God. We need to renew our minds daily so we can rule wisely. If our thoughts are bad and wrong we can’t rule correctly or be good leaders. Our mind is a big factor for good leadership. We need wisdom from God which is His Word. All other thoughts must be removed and cast away.
