I completely forgot about the fact that sometimes, symbols in dreams should be regraded literally and not symbolic. That means in such a case, this half pill that you saw could be, in reality, a real pill like a drug or a similar substance that is not good for human consumption (the “not good” is based on the negativity of the other symbols).
I assume in such a case this could be a warning dream then (a warning against the use of the pill). So depending on who you prayed for or pondered on or interceded for (maybe such a person concealed the roots of his problems (maybe involved in opioid addiction). He or she could be addicted to drugs or opioids.
