Old friend can represent old doctrine or old way of doing things. Her being pregnant with a boy was renewal in a situation or ministry. It was dead, but you spoke life to it! Bringing it to the hospital is people or the things of God ministering to this situation or ministry and you giving it water is the Word. As you drink, you share. I would say you and this person from the past desire the true things of God. Like many others on this forum. It’s not being found in the institutionalization of the known church. But they who seek Him, through the Word, will find Him and help bring life to others.
