Interpretation – Dream about family party, card game, and video game

Hi everybody, can someone help me with this dream that I had the other day?

We pull up to somewhere (like a state park) in a silver brand new truck.
We pull to the right into the first parking place instead of pulling up into the back.
I don’t know the lady I’m with, who’s driving.
We get out to my mom and Mary (her sister) arguing
I see my Grandma Beth running away from everyone who’s trying to give her a birthday party
I chase her to the left and we sit at a table.
I’m showing her all the things people got her that she doesn’t like and I say you don’t have to keep them. She’s sitting to my right, Like coaxing her to just be interested
(This grandma has passed on in real life, but I feel as though my family tried to keep her tied to things here as long as they can)
Next, we see something like a lion (like I couldn’t figure as it’s coming if it was a big dog or lion) behind us to my left that I keep throwing food to keep away. It’s chasing me.
Next, we are in a place I don’t know and playing cards with a woman that looks like an old friend of the family, and she says she didn’t want to miss the witchcraft. I was having trouble with the clock. I thought at first it said 11 but actually was 2 am. She had called out of work, sick, she says.
I’m wondering what she’s talking about. We were simply playing cards and I’m wondering then if I had been doing something I shouldn’t.
I had Edith (my daughter) with me.
Next, we are in a room and I’m in a hot tub in an inappropriate way but after I seemed to have moved to the right.
Next, we are in this exotic place where the stuffed animals come alive.
But you have to be very cautious not to touch the things on one side with another or it will contaminate it.
My friend is with me and gets very annoyed and I stop her and call her out for it, telling her that’s how she does with me. We are real with each other.
I say when you get back under the influence of Our Pastor this happens. Or like she was one way with me before and another now.
I know I’m being irresponsible and I say that repentant, but it was her attitude of better than me I didn’t like or like bossy.
Next, I’m in this room with two guys on each side.
They are playing video games
The one to my right I notice has brand new hip stylish white tennis shoes.
All these boys do, but I’m aware they don’t have the money for them. Or their parents don’t.
But they are very proud of them. Like having got them for Christmas or something.
The one on my right says dad it’s your turn and I see that the dad is so much younger.
They both have dark hair. The one on my right has long black hair
Then they start a video named Kill and I see this blonde short-haired woman come out of a house.
She would be coming left to right and up the street. She’s smiling, and it’s sunny, but I perceive she’s just done drugs and now the high is coming
She walks up the street and a group of other women greets her, unaware that she’s high, but like she has something to offer them or she’s a part of their group.
Her teeth are kind of nasty when I see her smile.
I’m wondering the whole time why this video is titled Kill. Someone is singing like a rap video lyric in the background as she’s walking out of that house

I think your dream is an emotional restoration dream and God answered you by giving you quite a lot of information. The information is quite valuable.

I have identified two underlying themes that are present in all parts of this dream. It is all about bad influences and it is all about the word of God, the will of God, and the ways of God. (Teachings and doctrines and the will and the ways of God)

The dreams appear to be all the bad influences on you and your family over a long period of time. The first part starts with all the past influences and experiences caused or experienced within your own family. So this starts close at home. I have seen in the past that “state park” in dreams sometimes symbolizes or “contain” all past and sometimes present and future experiences. In this case, it is all about past experiences. These experiences were about the basic or fundamental principles and God’s will and word about the gospel of Christ and other primary stuff about the gospel (brand new silver truck). Silver symbolizes repentance, redemption, and deliverance.

Something that was evident of this period is a bit of division (mom and her sister arguing) and a few negative influences of the past sticking around (grandmother). It appears that she was not able to accept new spiritual input (the gifts that she did not like) and you were always trying to get her to at least “try”. It is also evident that her legacy was kept alive by certain family members, even though it was a bit negative and not completely authentic.

The rest of the dream moves further away from “home”. These parts start with friends and Christian family and the last part is the church in general (you did not even know the son and dad with the tennis shoes and you did not know the people in the video game.)

Between the two parts (negative influences and pressure by family) and (the parts where you were negatively influenced by friends, fellow brothers and sisters in Christ and even distant Christians who indirectly (and directly) influenced you in a bad way, there is the part of the part about the dog/lion-mixture. This speaks of people, probably symbolizing specific people in both groups who are a bit mean and who pressured and influenced you more than the others. The fact that you had to throw them pieces of food, just to keep them away from you speaks of you, at that stage, not spiritually able to deal with them decisively. You had to give them words (food is words) just to keep them happy and off your back, so to speak. The chasing you speaks of them being relentless sometimes, to influence you in a bad way.

It is evident that the devil always uses people in the church and in our families to hurt us spiritually. So it is always evil spirits, that are behind all these people, who stand together to hurt true believers spiritually. If this sounds a bit harsh, then you should read the two dreams that were recently interpreted on the Forum. If you read it you wouldn’t believe that it can be true, but it is. The church is in very bad condition. These dreams both have the same elements that your dream has. You should read it. I will leave the links below:

It comes more apparent in the next scene, the woman who appears to be a friend of the family, for instance. She liked witchcraft and she pretended to be sick, speaks of two things: She likes to negatively influence and control people. Controlling people is nothing but witchcraft and unfortunately, this is very much alive and well in the church. She also bailed out of the true God-given spiritual responsibilities by pretending to be sick. When we pretend something we are or we become what we pretend to.

In the dreams, we have two games, the cards, and the video game. Both speak of people manipulating real-life things, being under the impression that it is not so serious. It speaks of people being irresponsible without even knowing it. Our actions are a lot more serious with a lot more serious consequences than we think. Many people in the church are busy with witchcraft and causing a lot of damage in the church without even realizing it. And, as you will see in the other two drams, they refuse to repent. God is busy right now with a cleansing process. He used COVID-19 to get rid of leaders and people in the church who are blockages or who hinder real spiritual development. That rushing river in the one dream is all about the judgment of God taking place right now. Apparently, thousands (if not millions) of church leaders, especially those who are in churches who do not allow the gifts and the workings of the Holy Spirit have lost their “jobs” already.

Anyway, “you did not understand what she was saying” and, “you thought that you did something wrong” speak of the influence it had on you. It confused you. It probably led to you accepting some of the “bad stuff” (you believed some of the self-righteous and man-made teachings that this woman taught you) She probably symbolizes specific people and even a congregation or two. Card games also symbolizing people who use their skills at the game to manipulate a specific outcome. These skills are not divine godly skills. It is man-made evil skills, and the people involved do not even know it.

Hi Fred,

I’m analytical, so before you responded, I also saw people that I may be able to plug in these areas as well.

Like triggers. The scenario at the time I dreamed this, was a family drama.
My mom and the Aunt who were fighting were called to the aid of my cousins who are doing drugs and have children involved at the home while they are fighting.

Their daughter, has been with us since Wednesday, and the mom (my cousin’s wife) wants her back but the little girl doesn’t want to go back into the situation.

I prayed in the Holy Ghost all the way out to my mom’s Saturday where the little girl along with my children was at my mom’s for dinner.
(That side of the family I feel is absolutely rooted in the legacy of my grandmother who passed away last March. In fact, my mom bought her house and I perceive her to almost want to take the role of the matriarch now, which is honestly very irritating to me.)

She and my Aunt want these children out of that home, and it’s become a chaotic situation.

My cousin has called and talked with me on Friday and although I think they were still high, I believe they were straightforward about what was going on.

Ben, my husband, wants to be involved minimally, being careful to love them the right way and not condone the behavior, but also not try keeping them from their children if they want to see them.

The scenario of the stuffed animals could have been at the church we (my friend and I both taught at over the past weekend).

But your description of how these things were events of the past also appears spot on.

Hi Fred, I think you have done well with this interpretation. You obviously interpreted this dream in a general or spiritual sense, because just like any other dream and vision interpreter, if you do not know the triggers that caused these dreams (or the different parts of this dream) that is all you can do. According to Stephany, at least some of the incidents may have been triggered by this unfortunate incident that she described, but, she also said that your interpretation makes perfect sense because what you said about the negative influences in her life actually happened.

So I have a few questions for you:

Do you think that this incident had something to do with the dream?

It certainly appears that the first part of the dream had something to do with it, but, what about the other parts of the dream?

Do you think that the incident that she described had nothing to do with these dreams (different parts) and that your interpretation is correct?

Hi there,

Yes, I agree that with the trigger now known to us, we can interpret this dream again.

Although my first interpretation was confirmed by Stephany as something that she can relate to, this dream was probably about the situation that she described.

There was a family drama, there was an argument between her mom and her aunt. There were drugs involved. It was an emotionally challenging and chaotic experience for the people involved and it was a bit traumatic for Stephany as well.

So it probably was an emotional restoration dream and the events that played off in real life were represented in the dream.

My opinion is that God showed Stephany what bothered her, apart from bringing a bit of an emotional release, and He probably gave her a bit of insight into the lives of her cousins and the other people involved, in connection with this specific incident of course. So it appears that the influences that I thought Stephany experienced, were probably experienced by her cousins and some of the other people. The woman who was “high” probably represents her cousin(s).

The “stuffed animals” dream was probably as Stephany suggested. It was about the incident that she mentioned, however, we know that a few dreams shortly after each other usually speak of a few different aspects of the same incident. So maybe there was some influence of this type (the touching as symbolized) in this regard, although, I tend to believe it was about the incident that Stephany described.

And so also the other parts of this dream should be applied to the cousins and the people who were involved in this incident. Obviously, as the dream suggested, evil spirits and people under the influence of, not only evil spirits but also other people definitely played a part in the lives of everybody involved.
