Interpretation: Large Book

I saw a huge book standing open on the floor. On the right page at the bottom was the word “Cancer”.

In the past and in the present (bottom location), the actions (bottom) and teachings pertaining to God’s written word (book) is leading the lives of people into a substandard spiritual condition (disease). It speaks of people being spiritually sick and not living according to the will of God. the true word of God, Divine revelation of the word of God (book) is not being taught.
